The role involves reception duties, take messages on the phone and deal with queries form our Clients calling to our offices, manage whereabouts/location of staff using our shared Calendar system. You will also assist other staff members with ad hoc administration duties form time to time. You will have a genuine interest in Training and Development and will be expected to work towards a Major award over a 3 year period. Please Note: Garda vetting is not required for this role; Hours of work are 1 to 5 from Monday to Friday.
