- Data entry and maintenance of internal databases.
- Point of contact for setting up new users on site.
- Team administrator for any document control platforms used.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Management of internal databases including full reporting capabilities, data manipulation and analysis
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Issuing documentation and management of same.
- Organising training courses internally and externally.
- Liaising with various departments and construction teams on a daily basis.
- General administration including filing, drafting letters, assisting with tender returns, building organisational charts.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- 1+ years in a similar position desirable.
- Excellent IT skills essential (proficient with Excel formulae, Vlookup, tracking, linking, importing sheets for search functions, Google Drive & Google Sheets, One Drive, organograms)
- Knowledge of document control platforms (Asite/Aconex)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.
- Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
