- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
- Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, and in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Ukraine and consistently meet quotas to drive growth.
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering positive customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with end customers and agencies.
