We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a large-scale residential development in Douglas, Cork. The project includes a mix of houses and apartments within a thoughtfully designed community with green spaces and amenities. You will play a key role in managing costs, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditure to ensure the financial success of the project.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimatesMonitor and control project costs throughout the development lifecycleLiaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirementsProvide regular financial reports to senior managementRequirements:Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent3+ years' experience in a QS role, preferably within residential constructionStrong knowledge of construction contracts and cost managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWhy Join Us:
