- Cleaning of all utensils and equipment as per Health & Safety guidelines
- General Cleaning duties throughout kitchen and other areas required
- Ensure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
- Manage deliveries & storage
- Temperature recording
- Weekly deep cleaning
- Adherence to Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures- training will be provided
- Adherence to all reasonable requests from your Manager / Supervisor
- Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business; this is a full-time position and shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
