
Sales Development Representative, Outbound

- Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and Outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and business challenges
- Articulate CarGurus values proposition to dealers, handle requests and escalate when needed
- Display strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles and handle objections
- Display strong prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
- Develop and consistently meet or exceed all assigned quotas and key performance metrics
- Log all sales activity completely and accurately in Salesforce
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
