This role will play a critical part in delivering a multi-year programme focused on strengthening cyber resilience across critical infrastructure, data, and digital assets.We are seeking a strategic, technically strong Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale, complex programmes within the cyber security space.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and oversee programme plans, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams from initiation through delivery.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies, implementing solutions to maintain progress against agreed objectives.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and programme governance to support successful outcomes.
  • Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, working with both internal colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and processes through effective change management practices.
Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years' experience in project management, including at least 5 years delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in cyber security programme delivery, with a clear understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple functions and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical approach.
  • Proficiency in structured project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and experience working across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Degree-level education with a professional qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Contract Details
  • Contract length: 2 years minimum
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Dublin-based, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.
