You will be responsible for the daily opening and/or closing of the offices and ensuring security of these offices. You will be Responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the building. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements. Assist in preparation of rooms for meetings/events. Carry out minor general maintenance on an ongoing basis including painting and decorating. You will have a Genuine interest in Training and Development and you will be expected to work towards a Major Award QQI.
