Working with the world's leading car makers such as Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda, we connect millions of vehicles globally and enable 1 billion internet data transmissions daily.We are seeking a senior designer to join the marketing team who will own and drive our design and creative direction that is aligned to Cubic’s business goals. You will be responsible for hands-on design work that produces high-quality assets that brings our brand to life, and helps Cubic engage prospects and customers and the broader industry in compelling and creative ways.You will serve as the central point for all design needs across the business, and you will explore and conceptualise design solutions as well as lead, develop and execute a design strategy that delivers the best possible creative outcomes.Duties & responsibilities

Drive and execute innovative design and creative solutions that brings our brand to life
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to flex ideas and executions across multiple channels to establish visually stunning, digital first design
Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs and manage design from conception to delivery
Evaluate design options and push to find and develop ‘big ideas’ based on creative briefs
Collaborate closely with other marketing functions (e.g. campaigns, digital, events, product marketing) to produce high-quality creative assets that drives brand awareness globally
Design original pieces and visual layouts for various platforms (e.g. web, social, PowerPoint)
Be the guardian of our brand and brand guidelines, ensuring that all visual elements of our business are consistent and showcase us as an innovator and leader globally
Stay up to date with industry developments and tools and be willing to share knowledge
Responsible for project managing creative processes and workflows, as well as setting design and creative KPIs and communicating key results and measurement
Contribute to quarterly marketing and business goals, objectives and KPIs

RequirementsWhat we think you’ll need to be successful

Bachelor's Degree in a related design and/or creative subject

10 years of experience in design and/or creative roles either in-house or at an agency
A background in B2B with demonstrable experience supporting B2B marketing programmes
A broad and impressive portfolio of recent work, covering web, social, digital ads, print, slide templates as well as brand identity, activation and communication
Excellent at creating all forms of marketing assets and content such as social ads, web graphics, email templates, infographics, brochures, slides, eBooks and print collateral
Proven experience designing PowerPoint templates and visual elements of slides that communicates complex products, services and solutions in compelling and creative ways
Outstanding Adobe Creative Cloud skills and familiar with other tools like Canva and Figma
Experience managing freelancers and agencies where applicable
Able to present plans and results to cross-functional team members and senior leadership
Strong project management and workflow experience essential
Detail oriented, well organised, efficient with time management and deadlines
