- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures across CSA and MEP disciplines.
- Monitor and inspect site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, registers, certifications, and inspection documentation.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and compliance across the project.
- Inspect and verify Civil, Structural, and Architectural works, including concrete, steel, finishes, and building envelope elements.
- Review subcontractor method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals for CSA works.
- Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect and verify Mechanical and Electrical installations, including HVAC, electrical distribution, containment, piping, fire protection, and associated systems.
- Review and manage MEP ITPs, commissioning documentation, and vendor quality submissions.
- Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are met prior to system handover and energisation.
- Witness testing, inspections, and commissioning activities as required.
- Liaise closely with construction teams, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide technical support to site teams to ensure corrective actions are effective and sustainable.
- Support project reporting through regular updates of quality metrics, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Participate in project handover, ensuring completion of quality dossiers, as-built records, O&M manuals, and final QA/QC documentation.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Construction (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services preferred).
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or high-tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of CSA and MEP construction methods, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience developing and implementing QA/QC procedures and managing ITPs, inspections, and NCRs.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple work fronts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technically complex, and deadline-driven project environment.
