- Lead hands-on project management, governance & reporting for technical delivery of the solution across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure technical alignment of integrated program plan, activities, scope, schedule and dependencies for the full scope of the project.
- Lead alignment of planning and delivery across all areas including, requirements definition, design, solution build, test, data, integrations, technical and functional workstreams.
- Project resourcing – monitor and ensure the project is adequately resourced across the team – internally within all functions in PM Group, and with our delivery partners.
- Drive governance frameworks for daily ERP project oversight, including solution validation checkpoints, decision management, dependency and risk management for solution design and implementation.
- Lead technical governance forums (e.g. Design Review Authority) and enforce guiding principles and key design decisions.
- Align with workstreams to support best practices across configuration, testing, integrations, environment strategy, release planning, and change control processes.
- Provide guidance on overall ERP solution architecture—functional, technical, and integration.
- Lead cross functional reviews and technical architecture sessions to drive solution alignment.
- Daily management of relationships with ERP vendors and implementation partners, and third‑party technical teams aligning and coordinating across the multi-stakeholder partnership.
- Coordinate across internal technical teams, external vendors, and system integrators.
- Review and validate vendor deliverables, SLA alignment, and technical documentation.
- Review and validate overall cutover strategy, approach, and governance model for go-live‑.
- Review and validate the detailed cutover plan and runbook including technical, business, data migration, and readiness activities
- Review and validate entry/exit criteria, critical path items, and success measures.
- Ensure business readiness planning, and track and monitor delivery
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
- Experience:10+ years of experience in ERP management, including leadership roles, with exposure to systems such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Microsoft Dynamics, or others. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and digital transformation strategies.
- ERP Project Management: Demonstrated experience of developing and managing the full project lifecycle of activities, timelines, dependencies and resources for large scale ERP implementations.
- ERP Vendor Management: Experience in managing the work of systems integration partners to build, test, and deploy ERP solutions.
