- Lead contact centre team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure mailboxes are kept to within KPI's
- Responsible for QA - call monitoring and quality sampling
- Manage individuals through performance reviews and appraisals.
- Develop and train new and existing team members.
- Provide and present regular performance updates to Senior Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
- Continuously review and develop policy and procedural documentation to ensure the highest levels of customer/dealer service while maintaining a controlled environment.
- Act as escalation point for customer and dealer issues.
- Degree in Business or Finance related discipline preferred.
- Fully QFA'd.
- 2+ years' experience in a Financial Services role required, asset finance experience is an advantage.
- Strong collaborative ethos and ability to motivate and lead a team essential.
- Proven experience in a customer care environment essential.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
