Project Manager – Construction

• Take responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects, advising on all aspects of construction work, including methods of construction, build and design, and resolving potential issues.
• Where applicable, take the lead in design management and review on design-and-build projects.
• Assist Site Managers with managing sub-contractors, including recruitment, performance management, training, and development.
• Oversee the allocation of trades and labour, both employed and sub-contracted, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources on assigned projects.
• Manage sub-contractor and supplier performance and address unacceptable performance effectively.
• Support and ensure that objectives are planned and implemented onsite, attending audit meetings as required.
• Adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Proven experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational and methodical skills with a consistent approach to workload.
• Ability to build positive working relationships, communicate effectively, and engage with teams across all levels, both internal and external.
