This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated nurse to become part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team in a modern clinical setting.
Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care while monitoring and evaluating outcomes.
Conduct patient assessments, develop nursing care plans, and update interventions as needed.
Educate patients on radiotherapy procedures, side effects, and treatment plans.
Assess and manage radiation therapy side effects with appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments in line with medical plans and hospital policies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure infection control, and uphold patient confidentiality.Requirements Registered General Nurse with a valid licence from Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland in good standing.
Postgraduate qualification in Oncology or a Radiotherapy Master’s programme.
Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience.
At least 3 years’ experience in an oncology setting.
