This role is about more than maintaining high standards — it’s about raising them. You will develop the department through training, improved systems, and continuous improvement to ensure an excellent guest experience.Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
Maintain cleanliness of rooms, public areas, and laundry to high standards.
Inspect all areas regularly for quality and presentation.
Manage linen and cleaning supply inventory.
Lead deep cleaning projects and seasonal work.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
