- Provide person-centered care that supports the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Offer emotional support to service users and their families, helping them navigate challenges with dignity and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to deliver holistic care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Document care plans and progress notes in line with best practice standards.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
- Experience in social care or a related field is desirable, but we are also happy to provide training for the right candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A compassionate and resilient approach, with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience working with intellectual disabilities /Residential care
