- Respond to customer inquiries about products and services via phone, email, and fax
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns and offering solutions, following up to ensure resolution
- Process customer orders and contact customers to confirm missing information if needed
- Coordinate with other departments to support order completion and follow procedures for returns or replacements
- Prepare and send catalogues, samples, price quotes, and related information as required
- Contribute to ongoing team goals and complete additional tasks as assigned
- Use visual and spatial reasoning to resolve technical queries
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and conflict resolution abilities
- Friendly, patient, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible and able to work occasional overtime if required
