Quantity Surveyor - Cleanrooms - Limerick - HybridWe are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help further develop their growth.Responsibilities
  • Cost Management & Control - Manage all commercial aspects of cleanroom construction projects, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, budgeting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Procurement & Subcontractor Management - Prepare tender packages, evaluate quotations, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value and maintain schedule requirements.
  • Contract Administration - Administer contracts in line with company and client procedures, managing variations, change orders, and payment applications.
  • Valuations & Financial Reporting - Prepare interim valuations, monitor project cash flow, and produce regular financial and progress reports to support project and commercial teams.
  • Collaboration & Compliance - Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure commercial compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.
RequirementsMust have relevant degree level Quantity surveying qualifications
Must be based in Ireland
Must have 5+ years' experience in a similar role on Pharmaceutical/Cleanroom construction projects
Must have excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)Benefits€75,000 - €80,000 + Package (Including Vehicle) + Hybrid working
