Join us as a QA Specialist in Dublin and make a global impact in pharmaceutical quality. Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to ensure excellence across supply operations. Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role.Key Responsibilities
  • Compile Qualified Person batch release dossiers
  • Support Packaging and Labelling activities at EU Central Warehouse (EUWH)
  • Provide QA support for the Use Date Extension process
  • Deliver QA guidance and training (GMP/GDP) for CSO Regional Logistics
  • Investigate non-conformances and quality incidents; document and track deviations, investigations, and CAPAs in the Quality Management System
  • Author, maintain, and update ISR-related Quality Agreements
  • Prepare release dossiers for ISRs
  • Draft and review procedural documents as requested by supervisor
  • Support the preparation of training materials
  • Contribute to improving and maintaining the CSCQ Quality Management System
  • Prepare and approve supply chain flow maps and product specification files
  • Author, review, and approve QA-related procedures
  • Generate or update Quality Agreements as required

  • BSc in Science or related discipline; pharma/QA experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of cGMP requirements and compliance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Open to travel as needed
