Act as a mentor to junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.Plan and manage civil works to meet programme milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic energy goals.Oversee all aspects of project delivery—including budget control, resource management, design coordination, and contract administration.Build strong relationships with clients, utility providers, and public stakeholders, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business.Align procurement and delivery strategies with environmental objectives and long-term value creation.Oversee licensing, permitting, and public works contract requirements with precision and attention to detail.Report regularly on progress, share insights, and contribute to the company’s culture of learning and innovation.RequirementsA degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field).
