- Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage operations meet quality standards, from preparation to presentation, maintaining consistency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies to maintain adequate levels while controlling costs.
- Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control measures, monitoring expenses, analysing financial reports, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Menu Development and Promotion: Collaborate with chefs to develop menus, create special promotions, and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and increase revenue.
- Previous work experience in Food & Beverage supervisory
- Completed Hospitality/ Travel / Tourism qualification
- Ability to communicate with employees and customers, solve multiple problems at the same time, set up priorities, organize work and make certain decisions
