- Perform a range of beauty treatments, especially facials and advanced skincare
- Maintain high standards of client care and professional service
- Assist in managing daily operations, including rotas, scheduling, and client experience
- Mentor and support junior staff and new team members
- Contribute to inventory management and product ordering
- Uphold salon hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
- Promote products and services confidently to support sales goals
- CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO qualified
- Skilled in facials, HD Brows, waxing, tinting, tanning, and massage
- Confident in recommending homecare and achieving retail targets
- Career-driven with a desire to step into a leadership role
