As an R&D Laboratory Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of developing next-generation building materials and supporting manufacturing processes.What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead and contribute to a wide range of activities that blend research, technical support, and operational excellence:
Innovation & Development
  • Explore and assess new raw materials and alternative fuels to support cleaner production.
  • Drive the development of low-carbon cement technologies and sustainable product solutions.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support customers and ensure product performance.
  • Investigate and resolve technical queries, helping shape market-ready innovations.
Production & Process Support
  • Conduct advanced testing and analysis to support manufacturing improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Lab Operations & Safety
  • Oversee laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, and consumables management.
  • Ensure safety compliance and liaise with external labs and service providers.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong lab experience, especially with powder and wet chemistry techniques.
  • A solid foundation in chemistry, materials science, or geology.
  • Analytical thinking, curiosity, and a drive to innovate.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A degree (BSc or higher) in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Experience in industrial or applied research environments.
  • A track record of contributing to technical or operational improvements.
