
Italian Customer Service in Limerick - with Relocation Package

- Help sellers in the sales process (account management) and buying of tickets.
- Provide e-mail and phone support to our customers to the required standard which ensures a good balance between productivity and quality.
- Be able to liaise with other departments as necessary.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forum.
- Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world.
- Any other tasks as required.

- Good communication and writing skills.
- Italian on Native level
- Good learning pace within IT systems, Basic knowledge to Microsoft office package
- English level need to be C1 at least -fluent both spoken and written
- Good motivation and soft skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
- Ability to work on a shift basis.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
