Are you a HR Manager with experience working in hospitality - then we have an unmissable opportunity for you. Join our clients' esteemed team, a prestigious 5-star establishment located just 4 miles south of Dublin city centre. This is a varied role with a focus on performance productivity and training & development and reports directly into the General Manager. This role will be based mainly onsite.Key Responsibilities

Oversee all recruitment and selection including internal hiring and succession planning.
To provide support and advice in line with best practice to all levels of staff on organisational policies and procedures including employee handbook.
Drive training and development & give guidance on internal development programmes.
Oversee the effective onboarding of new staff, including induction, administration, performance management and probation.
Assist all Heads of Department in controlling payroll costs through recruitment, selection, retention, rostering, and managing holiday accruals costs.
Ensure a consistently high level of employee engagement within the hotel.
Proactively manage any ER issues that may arise.
Maintain employee compliance standards for the hotel, including proper HR Records and documentation.

Experience/Requirements

At least three years previous HR Management experience in the hospitality industry.
HR qualification
Have ability to influence at all levels of the business.
Have a strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
Be willing to learn and develop yourself.
Work well in a busy environment
Have the ability to work efficiently
