- Build, maintain, and improve short‑, medium‑, and long‑term demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
- Analyse sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product introductions to refine forecast accuracy.
- Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to reduce bias and improve reliability.
- Prepare monthly demand review packs for S&OP and lead discussions with commercial and supply teams.
- Translate demand forecasts into inventory requirements to support optimal stock levels across the business.
- Work closely with supply factories and local team to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support product lifecycle management, including launches, transitions, and end‑of‑life planning.
- Communicate forecast changes, risks, and drivers clearly to stakeholders.
- Participate in S&OP meetings and contribute to consensus planning.
- Produce regular reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, and demand trends.
- Use analytical tools to identify root causes of forecast errors and propose improvements.
- Maintain data integrity across planning systems and support continuous process optimisation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and planning/forecasting tools (e.g., AGR, SAP APO, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a short timeframe with a hunger for success.
- Be flexible and open to take on additional tasks & projects that may be delegated by the Operations Manager.
