Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including cash handling, adherence to security protocols, opening/closing procedures
Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support performance management
Ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment and effectively resolve customer queries
Assist in driving store performance by monitoring sales, identifying trends, and supporting KPI achievement.
Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising

Skills and Experience Required

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality; confident in engaging with the public and ensuring high service standards
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and engage team members
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage operations, staff, customer needs, and admin tasks in a fast-paced setting
Problem solving and decision-making skills
