- Oversee the delivery of fit-out projects, focusing on schedule, cost, variations, contract, and risk.
- Develop the Project Execution Plan to align with the Contracting Entity's standards.
- Manage the relationship with the Airport Transformation Manager, ensuring fit-out projects meet the required standards.
- Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for fit-out projects.
- Ensure the implementation of appropriate project management techniques for fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for fit-out projects.
- Provide technical and contractual support to Project Managers handling fit-out projects.
- Report on the performance of fit-out projects and address any issues with the Programme Director.
- Coordinate fit-out project interfaces at all stages.
- Maintain task trackers and risk registers specific to fit-out projects.
- Manage design consultants and external service providers involved in fit-out projects.
- Organize design review meetings and communicate design changes related to fit-out projects.
- Report monthly on fit-out project tasks and manage the change control process.
- Minimum 15 years in the Construction/Infrastructure sector, including fit-out projects in aviation.
- Experience operating on live airport sites and documenting best practices for fit-out projects.
- Track record of delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- Experience dealing with stakeholders and improving processes for fit-out project delivery.
- Managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple fit-out projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts, engineering, and project management principles.
- Planning capability using Oracle Primavera 6.
- Decision-making and report writing skills.
- Computer literacy.
