Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a senior role demonstrating career progression.
Previous experience working for a main contractor in Ireland or the UK on utility/infrastructure projects is essential.
Proven track record of managing projects within the utilities/infrastructure sector, including pipelines, underground cables, overhead cables, and energy infrastructure.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, project teams, and senior management.
Thorough understanding of QA/QC processes, health and safety regulations, and environmental management practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience in planning and program management.
Demonstrable experience in managing interfaces between clients, project teams, and senior management.

As a Project Manager:

Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee the resourcing and management of project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies, with a focus on resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Utilise sound knowledge of PSCS responsibilities and hands-on experience in site management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage construction sites from an environmental perspective, implementing sustainable practices and minimising environmental impact.
Implement QA/QC processes and procedures to ensure a ‘right first time’ approach to project delivery.
Demonstrate commercial awareness and experience in contract administration, with proficiency in NEC and FIDIC contracts preferred.
Develop and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
Act as a key interface between clients, project teams, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
