Over the years, we have successfully delivered numerous projects across Ireland, the UK, Central Europe, and the USA for our clients in the municipal and industrial sectors.Senior Estimator - (Wastewater Treatment Projects)An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join the team at Glanua.You will work on our non-infrastructure projects and frameworks. Ideally, you will be based locally, although we are open to Hybrid.Key Accountabilities:

Manage and prepare accurate tenders from first principles.
Develop a tender win strategy for each individual tender.
Actively engage, and develop long term relationships with, key supply chain organisations.
Identify opportunities for margin growth.
Participate in post tender interviews, presentations and negotiations with clients and ensure the successful handover to delivery teams following award.
Generating commercial strategies to maximise chances of winning projects at sustainable rates.
Developing innovative approaches where appropriate to differentiate the bid from competitors.
Collate targeted feedback on successful projects and provide advice for future tenders.
Identify and analyse risks and produce the associated risk register.
Prepare submission documents in line with the bid and corporate requirement.
Attend tender settlement meetings ensuring all relevant cost information is available for presentation and complete the tender as instructed.
Provide informal and formal support and guidance to other members of the estimating team.
