Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and online ordering platforms.
- Accurately process orders, inquiries, and delivery tracking requests in line with service KPIs.
- Record, escalate, and resolve customer complaints with a focus on first‑time resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance.
- Provide product and service information to customers across multiple channels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional processing.
- Take on internal Super User or Specialist tasks as required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Background in internal sales, contact centre, or customer service environments.
- Structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail.
- High level of customer orientation, empathy, and goal‑focused communication.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast‑paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoyment of working in an international team setting.
- Bacheloru0027s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Commercial apprenticeship or minimum 3 yearsu0027 experience in customer service.
- Exposure to multichannel customer service and healthcare or medical device sectors is advantageous.
