We are recruiting on behalf of a global medical technology provider for a Customer Service Representative to support their Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) division across the UK and Ireland. This role is ideal for candidates with strong ERP/CRM experience, a passion for customer care, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.This is a 6 MONTH CONTRACT
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and online ordering platforms.
  • Accurately process orders, inquiries, and delivery tracking requests in line with service KPIs.
  • Record, escalate, and resolve customer complaints with a focus on first‑time resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance.
  • Provide product and service information to customers across multiple channels.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional processing.
  • Take on internal Super User or Specialist tasks as required.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Background in internal sales, contact centre, or customer service environments.
  • Structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of customer orientation, empathy, and goal‑focused communication.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoyment of working in an international team setting.
Education & Qualifications
  • Bacheloru0027s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Commercial apprenticeship or minimum 3 yearsu0027 experience in customer service.
  • Exposure to multichannel customer service and healthcare or medical device sectors is advantageous.
