• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries efficiently
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations using hotel systems
• Support the front office team with day-to-day operations and delegation of tasks
• Assist in the smooth running of reception during early and late shifts, including weekends
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or front office role within a hotel environment
• Valid work permits with documentation are essential
• Excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills
• Previous experience with Picasso CRM or similar system.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns (early and late)
• Strong organisational skills and a professional approach
