- Previous experience in a busy Bar as a Hotel Bar Supervisor or Duty Manager within a 4* Hotel
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage procedures/service in Restaurants, Bars and at busy functions
- Excellent attention to detail, high standards!
- Can lead by example and motivate a large team
- Ability to build, train & retain a team
- Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills
