- Skilled across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and learning & development.
- Knowledgeable in employment law and compliance in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- A strong communicator and influencer - able to build credibility and trust at all levels.
- Highly organised, resilient, and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Collaborative but confident working independently, with a proactive, people-first approach.

- Act as a core member of the Castleblayney Site Leadership Team, providing HR expertise and strategic guidance across factory and retail operations.
- Lead employee relations with confidence and fairness - managing grievance, disciplinary, and performance issues consistently.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop great people.
- Champion learning, development, and succession planning to build strong teams and future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, health & safety, and HR policies in both ROI and NI.
- Partner with managers to deliver engagement, wellbeing, and cultural initiatives that make Sofina Foods a great place to work.
- Provide insight through accurate HR reporting and data-led recommendations.
- Work closely with central HR and Group teams to roll out corporate programmes and embed best practice.
