- Support the execution of brand plans and activation calendars in Ireland
- Adapt and localise globally approved assets for the local market
- Assist with activation across digital, social, in-store, and customer channels
- Ensure brand activity aligns with agreed tone of voice and guidelines
- Lead the end-to-end artwork and packaging process for the Irish market
- Coordinate with agencies to adapt artwork, packaging, POS, and digital assets
- Manage timelines, approvals, and quality control for brand materials
- Carry out basic market research and trend monitoring
- Track competitor activity and share insights with the wider team
- Support customer decks, sell-in materials, and retailer specific activations
- Assist with tracking brand budgets and POs where required
- Juggle multiple projects while working to tight deadlines
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2-5 years' experience in a marketing, brand, or activation role (FMCG preferred)
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to artwork, packaging, or POS processes
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident communicator with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
