Featuring 14 individual treatment rooms, a Hammam Massage Room, Wet and Dry Flotation Rooms, a Serail Mud Chamber, an Aroma Steam Room, Sauna, Jacuzzi, an indoor-to-outdoor swimming pool, and an outdoor hot tub by Ballycreen Brook, The Wells Spa is dedicated to providing an unparalleled relaxation experience.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team. This role requires a strong leader with managerial experience in a hospitality environment. A CIDESCO qualification is an advantage but not essential.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of The Wells Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maximise bookings and drive sales in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Provide training and ongoing development to ensure the highest standards of service.
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller to manage revenue and control costs effectively.
  • Maintain and uphold the spa’s reputation for excellence, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
  • Experience with operations, including sales, marketing, and financial management.
