• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Manage all project-related paperwork, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Oversee logistics for the project, including material deliveries, equipment rentals, and site access.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the firm and the main contractor, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, reporting them to senior project management as necessary.
• Support the project team in resolving any conflicts or challenges that arise during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and proposals as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination or management is preferred.
• Electrical / Mechanical knowledge.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
