People & Training AdministratorCastle Leslie Estate is seeking a highly organised and people focused People & Training Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, maintaining strong systems, and contributing to a positive working environment across the Estate.As a key member of the People & Training Department, you will provide administrative support to the People & Training Manager, while also taking responsibility for the smooth running of staff accommodation, compliance checks, and energy usage monitoring.Role is ideally looking towards a May start- Part time may be consideredUsual Working hours 9-5.30am but can be flexible.About the rolePeople & Training SupportAssist the People & Training Manager with day-to-day HR and training administrationSupport with onboarding processes, registering training, setting up inductionMaintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant alongside accountsHelp coordinate staff training sessions, attendance tracking, and follow-up actionsCommunicate proactively with department managers to gather updates, training needs, and staffing informationSupport internal engagement initiatives and staff communicationStaff Accommodation & WelfareOversee the day-to-day management of staff accommodationConduct regular accommodation checks and inspectionsEnsure new staff are welcomed, assigned rooms, and briefed on accommodation rulesMonitor energy usage, report issues, and promote responsible consumptionCommunicate energy allowance policies, escalate concerns, and help implement improvementsLiaise with Maintenance for repairs and upkeepSystems & AdministrationTrack Alkimii records accurately and efficiently (job chats, sickness, return to works)Support managers with Alkimii queries and help ensure the system is used correctlyPrepare reports, updates, and administrative documents as requiredAssist with file management, scheduling, communications, and general departmental adminAbout YouStrong organisational, administrative, and time-management skillsFriendly, approachable, and confident communicating with all levels of staffAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyComfortable coordinating accommodation, conducting checks, and addressing issues fairlyProficient in basic IT systems; experience with Alkimii is an advantageA positive attitude and willingness to support a busy, dynamic hospitality environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to grow within a supportive People & Training teamTraining and development opportunitiesStaff meals, staff discounts,Being part of the unique Castle Leslie Estate team culture- Best Places to Work IrelandAbout the companyCastle Leslie Estate is set on 1,000 acres of undulating Irish countryside, dotted with ancient woodland and glittering lakes.
