You will be joining an established and well known, medium sized practice who have a rich history being involved with numerous award winning and prestigious projects, mainly across Ireland but also have a global reach too, working projects in the likes of mainland Europe and as far as Eastern Asia.
Over the years, they have built a ranging portfolio of work, including; Residential, Urban Design, Masterplanning, Education, Health Care, Hospitality, Civic, Cultural, Interiors, Infrastructural and Mixed Use Developments.
With these projects they have completed projects to an excellent standard, winning numerous awards at RIAI and FitOut Award ceremonies, including "Practice of the Year" on more than one occasion and have also completed a recent project to LEED Gold standard.
The practice itself consists of skilled architects, interior designers, urban designers, technologists, conservation architects and landscape architects who all play to their strengths in providing a full suite of services from start to completion.
Your new role
This an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join the office.
You will join a talented and successful team within the Dublin office, where you will have the opportunity to gain exposure working on all project stages, both in the office and on-site, across a varied range of projects.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to excel in your career with this practice and work your way up through the practice.
This role will also give you the exposure of working on live projects using Revit in a practice who have full BIM capability to provide BIM Level 2 from concept design to client handover.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will need to possess the follow attributes:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ recent post graduate experience
- Previous project experience should include a range of commercial, industrial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
- Have a good understanding and experience working to current industry regulations
- Possess strong technical skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
