This is your chance to help shape the culture from day one and be part of something truly special.The RolesSocial Care Worker:

Provide person-centred care and support to young people.
Promote independence, education, and emotional wellbeing.
Work collaboratively within a trauma-informed, values-driven team.

Social Care Leader:

Guide and support a team of Social Care Workers to ensure the highest standards of care.
Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager to build a positive, nurturing environment.
Contribute to team development and the smooth operation of the service.

Requirements (Both Roles)

Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).
Full, clean manual driving licence.
Flexibility for varied shifts, including sleepovers (Social Care Worker).
Minimum 2 years’ experience at Social Care grade (for Social Care Leader).
Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma-informed practice (for Leader).
