Learn more at .About the Role:We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of infrastructure and tools that empower our engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient systems. Our engineers work on high-impact projects that drive the future of data-driven digital experiences, handling vast amounts of information at scale and simplifying complex backend systems. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with product owners and developers to create innovative platform solutions, tackling challenges that ensure system-wide efficiency and scalability.What You'll Do:

Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define requirements, influence platform direction, and architect technical solutions to complex challenges
Write clean, efficient, and highly optimized code to support core infrastructure systems, tooling, and platforms
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
Lead code reviews, providing actionable feedback to enhance high coding standards across the team
Take ownership of your projects and thrive in an environment where ideas are openly shared, discussed, and challenged

What You Need to Succeed:

5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Scala, or similar languages
Strong understanding of distributed systems, streaming architectures, data structures, and design principles
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems, libraries and SDKs

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Deep understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and RESTful API
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools
Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning
