- Building a sales plan for your book-of-business (account base) and for new business generation so that you over-achieve your targets.
- Prospecting and booking meetings with select target accounts in your territory.
- Managing both inbound leads and outbound outreach to maximize pipeline opportunities.
- Engaging in customer growth initiatives by expanding existing client relationships.
- Working with our solution and technology partners to source and close new business.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to SDRs helping you fill your calendar with quality meetings.
- Executing sales calls & product demos.
- Educating prospects, submitting proposals and negotiating deals with prospects in marketing, data engineering and operations.
- Updating Salesforce with all activities - we love our data to be clean and accurate.
- Following up on your sent proposals & negotiating and closing deals.
- Taking ownership in continuing to develop your knowledge of our products, the space we work in, and particularly our Marketing Intelligence Platform, API, and Data Warehousing offering.
- Meeting weekly with your teammates to collaborate and share tips & thoughts.
- At least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to the EMEA and/or UKI markets.
- A strong track record of closing outbound deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Experience selling Martech/Adtech solutions or solid knowledge of digital marketing, business intelligence, or data warehousing you're selling to marketing & data professionals.
- High commitment and strong track record of attaining goals.
- Previous experience working with and coaching an SDR.
