- As the Procurement Coordinator, you will source and procure a wide range of consumables, from general office supplies to specialised equipment and critical items.
- Ensure all stock is available to meet operational needs, liaising with suppliers for quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, manage reordering processes, and coordinate urgent orders for time-sensitive requirements.
- Support daily supply and logistics tasks, ensuring prompt delivery of essential supplies to various departments.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, negotiate favourable terms, and manage purchase orders, invoices, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to anticipate supply needs and contribute to a positive, can-do team culture.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing—ideally within a regulated or fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise urgent requests.
- Flexible, proactive, and hands-on team player, comfortable working both at a desk and being out and about on site, working closely with the different business units on site.
- Experience of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week).
- Salary of 38k plus benefits below.
