Business Development Manager - UAE or Dublin - HybridMy client wants you to join them, and grow the largest Web3 Gaming platform! 🚀About The Role 🤔
Due to exciting growth, they are hiring a Business Development Manager to take full relationship accountability for strategic gaming accounts based in the EMEA region. You will work to maximise minting volume into Immutable by successfully securing partnerships with strategic gaming customers to use our Web3 gaming platform and service.As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process, including account strategy, deal negotiations, legal agreements, relationship development, technical scoping, and evangelising key products, platforms and service offerings. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams across GTM, Legal, Sales Engineering, Game Studio, Acceleration, and Partner Success.You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
· Partner with the business development leaders in driving the early stages of the sales cycle and helping with new customer acquisition
· Be measured on growing the number of qualified leads in the Business Development team’s pipeline
· Work across traditional “web2” channels (e.g. cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and “web3” channels (e.g. Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc) to reach prospects
· Understand and identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape
· Bring your connections across the industry, bringing a ready pipeline of game studios and developers to their platform
· Take full accountability for how many of your partners launch their projects on their platform working with cross-functional teams to make this happen
· Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple functions and contribute to team projects to develop and refine their sales process
· Develop strategic plans for your target accounts and identify required supporting resourcesWe'd Love You To Bring 🤝
· 5+ years of client-facing experience working with gaming clients in a fast-paced technology company
· A deep interest in crypto, web3, gaming, DeFi, digital assets, etc
· Exceptional operational and communication abilities
· Comfortable working in a high-change startup environment. 0-1 operator. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly preferred
· A hunger to succeed and an unteachable drive and commitment to excellenceBonus Points For ✅
· Experience directly working on or advising on web3 gaming projects, including launching projects of your own
· Familiarity with how web3 native projects and games go to market

This role will be part of my client's platform team. The goal is for their platform to be the leading platform for NFT minting & trading “powering the world of NFT’s”.
