What Youll Do
  • Drive new business growth within a defined territory, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and execute tailored territory and account strategies that maximize revenue.
  • Research customer objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives to position our platform as their strategic skills-development partner.
  • Apply a proven sales framework to manage multi-threaded, enterprise-level deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including business development, customer success, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Navigate and close complex sales cycles with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to strengthen partnerships and advance opportunities.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, selling complex solutions with multi-threaded engagement.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ revenue targets and closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
  • Success selling to senior leaders such as C-Suite executives, technology and talent leaders.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills, with a passion for landing new logos.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC or a comparable value-based selling framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and engage executive audiences.
  • Previous SaaS or enterprise software experience required; background in EdTech is a plus.
