The successful candidate will be part of the senior leadership team with opportunities for career progression.The Senior Contracts Manager will be part of a growing company which is leading the way in modern construction methods using new technologies, innovative building methods and sustainable materials.Responsibilities:
- Management of projects - planning, organising, and directing activities to ensure successful completion and optimum delivery for client.
- Identify risks and constraints while taking required action to ensure continuous workflow.
- Management of workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials and collaboration with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and technical assessors to ensure compliance with all processes/procedures.
- Achieve objectives keeping in mind cost, quality, client satisfaction, quality procedures, health and safety and engineering specifications.
- Continuous evaluation and reviews of ability to meet client and design team expectations.
- Upkeep good relationships with clients, design, and office team.
- Degree in civil engineering/construction management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role in construction industry.
- Proven track record delivering large scale construction projects within budget, specification, and timescale.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge with quality and safety management systems.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
- Full Irish driving licence required.
