Our client is seeking an enthusiastic retail leader to join the opening of their new store in South Dublin City. Known for their wide array of creative art and crafts and stationery supplies this is suited to a supervisor or manager with an interest in creativity and looking to join a fun, service oriented retail chain.In this hands-on role, you’ll nurture a collaborative and vibrant team, elevate customer experiences, and bring a warm, imaginative atmosphere for every visit.Key Responsibilities as Store Manager / Supervisor
  • Drive sales and service across the store through your team’s excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store’s appearance, presentation and visual merchandising is in line with company standards
  • Take full responsibility for the store’s operational efficiency and overall profitability.
  • Train, motivate and coach a team of 3-4 in delivering best in class
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales and margin targets
Key Requirements
  • 1-2 years + retail leadership experience – Supervisory or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets
  • Strong visual merchandising experience
  • Customer focused mindset with a talent for elevating the shopping experience and sustaining service excellence
  • Experience managing a team of 4+
