Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join a rapidly growing organisation in the renewable energy sector.The Role:
As a key member of the IT shared services team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of core business applications. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll have the autonomy to make a real difference while collaborating closely with stakeholders and third-party developers.Responsibilities:

Manage support items through the ticketing system
Provide support for all systems, including CRM
Document new/upgraded applications and system processes
Define system specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
Collaborate with third-party developers
Train users on application functionalities and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve IT systems performance & reliability
Collaborate with the IT support team
Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with ZoHo is advantageous
CRM administration experience desirable
Office 365 administration experience is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Project coordination experience desirable
