We are working on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing wealth management brokerage, to recruit an experienced Paraplanner.This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and client-focused organisation where you will play a key role in supporting and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, tailored financial advice.What you need
  • Diploma / QFA (or equivalent) preferred
  • Previous experience in a paraplanning or financial services support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and advice processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong report writing and written communication ability
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
  • Experience with financial planning tools and systems
Responsibilities
  • Gather, review, and analyse client information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Research suitable financial solutions across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Prepare clear, compliant suitability reports and supporting documentation
  • Assist in developing financial plans aligned to client objectives
  • Utilise cashflow modelling tools to support recommendations where required
  • Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain relevant information
  • Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
  • Support ongoing client servicing, including annual review preparation
