We are working on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing wealth management brokerage, to recruit an experienced Paraplanner.This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and client-focused organisation where you will play a key role in supporting and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, tailored financial advice.What you need

Diploma / QFA (or equivalent) preferred
Previous experience in a paraplanning or financial services support role
Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and advice processes
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong report writing and written communication ability
Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
Experience with financial planning tools and systems

Responsibilities

Gather, review, and analyse client information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Research suitable financial solutions across pensions, investments, and protection
Prepare clear, compliant suitability reports and supporting documentation
Assist in developing financial plans aligned to client objectives
Utilise cashflow modelling tools to support recommendations where required
Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain relevant information
Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
Support ongoing client servicing, including annual review preparation
