- Be responsible for your own dedicated geographical region of South Dublin.
- Be responsible for managing all aspects of your clients care.
- Carrying out duties such as service reviews, updating care plans, conducting risk assessments.
- Ensuring we are delivering the highest quality standard of care to our clients.
- Ongoing support to our care team through supervision, competency reviews and staff engagement.
- Work closely with scheduling team regarding capacity in each area.
- Working with own initiative and reporting to the Quality Manager.
- 1 year’s previous experience in a supervisory role in home care/healthcare setting is desirable.
- Full clean driving licence with access to your own car.
- QQI Level 5 (Major Award) in a healthcare-related field or equivalent is required.
- A QQI Level 6 qualification is desirable, or the candidate must be willing to enrol.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy office environment.
- Superb organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in addition to the ability to work independently and manage own time.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland.
- Salary of €35,000 per annum.
